Nicholas M. Catania, Esq.
Nicholas Catania is an attorney-at-law licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. He focuses on arbitrating NJ PIP insurer denials throughout the course of a patient’s treatment, making sure a patient’s bills are compensated for medically necessary treatment; however, he also represents Clients for other legal issues, such as Personal Injury and Lemon Law.
With a focus on NJ PIP Arbitration, he brings aggressive, results-driven representation to medical providers that treat patients injured in automobile collisions.
Mr. Catania has practiced Claimant-Side NJ PIP Arbitration at numerous NJ Firms. He has also practiced Respondent-Side NJ PIP Arbitration for an insurer. As a result, he’s seen both sides of the coin.
Mr. Catania has also practiced Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury at multiple NJ Law Firms, as well as in multiple states along the East Coast, including, but not limited to, Florida, North Carolina, and New York.
With regard to Mr. Catania’s Education, he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in History from Pace University (Downtown NYC Campus), and his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law (Jacksonville, Florida), where he spent a Semester living in Clermont-Ferrand, France, studying at a French Law School, Universite Clermont Auvergne Ecole de Droit.
While in Law School, Mr. Catania was the Managing Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review, had his Law Review Article published as a Law Student, and was a member of the Student Bar Association.
After graduating from Law School Mr. Catania passed the Uniform Bar Exam on his first attempt. Then, in March 2025 and August 2026, Mr. Catania was selected as one of the “Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in New Jersey” by The National Trial Lawyers.
